The Collared Crow (), in the order Passeriformes, it widely distributed in large areas encompassing China and northern Vietnam. It is a vulnerable bird that is of international concern. In this study, we first sequenced and described the complete mitochondrial genome and phylogeny of . The results showed that the whole genome of was 16,857 bp long and contains 13 PCGs, 2 ribosomal RNA genes, 23 transfer RNA genes, and 1 loop region. The overall base composition of the mitochondrial DNA was 31.13% for A, 29.52% for C, 24.46% for T, and 14.89% for G, with a GC content of 44.41%. The phylogenetic tree showed that was clustered with and then together with other two crows in family Passeriformes. This information will be useful in the current understanding of the phylogeny and evolution of Passeriformes.
白颈鸦(学名:Corvus torquatus),雀形目鸦科鸟类,广泛分布于中国及越南北部的广大区域。它是一种易危鸟类,受到国际关注。在本研究中,我们首次对白颈鸦的线粒体全基因组进行了测序和描述,并分析了其系统发育关系。结果显示,白颈鸦线粒体基因组全长16,857 bp,包含13个蛋白质编码基因、2个核糖体RNA基因、23个转运RNA基因和1个控制区。线粒体DNA的总体碱基组成为:A占31.13%,C占29.52%,T占24.46%,G占14.89%,GC含量为44.41%。系统发育树表明,白颈鸦与秃鼻乌鸦(Corvus frugilegus)聚类,然后与雀形目中的另外两种乌鸦聚在一起。这些信息将有助于当前对雀形目系统发育和进化的理解。
