Abstract

The complete mitochondrial genome of tufted deer () has been described in our research. The sequence of this genome is 16356 bp with a circular structure, and contains 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 22 transfer RNA (tRNA) genes, two ribosomal RNA genes, and one control region. When compare with the reference sequence (DQ873526), it shows that there are 262 variations, 4 base deletions and 13 base insertions. In this study we obtain a new complete mitochondrial genome sequence of tufted deer that provide effective molecular information for the diversity research and phylogenetic structure.

我们的研究中已经描述了毛冠鹿()的完整线粒体基因组。该基因组序列为16356 bp,呈环状结构,包含13个蛋白质编码基因(PCGs)、22个转运RNA(tRNA)基因、两个核糖体RNA基因和一个控制区。与参考序列(DQ873526)相比,结果显示存在262个变异、4个碱基缺失和13个碱基插入。在本研究中,我们获得了一个新的毛冠鹿完整线粒体基因组序列,为多样性研究和系统发育结构提供了有效的分子信息。
