Abstract

The first complete chloroplast genome sequence of Korean insular endemic to Ulleung-do Island, , was reported in this study. The plastome size was 158,100 bp in total length, with one large single copy (90,529 bp), one small single copy (17,235 bp), and two inverted repeat (IR) regions (IR and IR, each with 25,168 bp). The overall GC content was 38.3% and the genome contained 130 genes, including 83 protein-coding, 37 transfer RNA, and 8 ribosomal RNA genes. Phylogenetic analysis of 15 representative plastomes within the Caprifoliaceae suggests that is closely related to the species in the genus .

本研究报道了韩国郁陵岛特有的第一个完整叶绿体基因组序列。质体基因组全长158,100 bp,有一个大单拷贝区(90,529 bp)、一个小单拷贝区(17,235 bp)和两个反向重复(IR)区域(IRa和IRb,各25,168 bp)。总体GC含量为38.3%,基因组包含130个基因,包括83个蛋白质编码基因、37个转运RNA基因和8个核糖体RNA基因。忍冬科内15个代表性质体基因组的系统发育分析表明,[物种名称]与[属名]中的物种密切相关。
