The mitogenome of sp. (Suberitida, Suberitidae) has been determined first in the genus . Assembled mitogenome was 23,502 bp in length, including 14 protein-coding genes, 25 transfer RNA, and 2 ribosomal RNA genes. The order and structure are the same as those of other species belonging to the same family Suberitidae. sp. was clustered with within the family Suberitidae. The mitogenome of sp. will be valuable for inferring phylogenetic relationships among members of suberitids.
首次测定了海绵属(Suberitida,Suberitidae)某物种的线粒体基因组。组装后的线粒体基因组长度为23,502 bp,包括14个蛋白质编码基因、25个转运RNA和2个核糖体RNA基因。其顺序和结构与属于同科Suberitidae的其他物种相同。该物种在Suberitidae科内与另一物种聚类。该物种的线粒体基因组对于推断Suberitidae科成员之间的系统发育关系将具有重要价值。
