Abstract

In this study, we determined the complete mitochondrial genome sequences of cyprinid freshwater fish, , belonging to the subfamily Gobioninae in the order Cypriniformes. The complete mitogenome of was 16,602 bp in length and consisted of 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 22 tRNAs, and two rRNAs. The gene order was identical with other species. The overall nucleotide composition of was A + T: 56.1% and G + C: 43.9%, with slightly AT bias. In the phylogenetic tree, . and other congeneric species clearly formed a monophyletic clade, and each species distinguished against each other well.

在本研究中,我们测定了鲤形目鲤科鮈亚科淡水鱼的线粒体基因组全序列。该鱼的线粒体基因组全长16,602 bp,由13个蛋白质编码基因(PCGs)、22个tRNA和两个rRNA组成。其基因排列顺序与其他该物种相同。该鱼的总体核苷酸组成为A+T:56.1%,G+C:43.9%,略偏向于AT。在系统发育树中,该鱼与其他同属物种明显形成一个单系分支,且各个物种之间区分良好。
