Abstract

In this study, the complete mitochondrial genome sequences of , Korean loach species, was determined using next-generation sequencing analysis. The complete mitogenome of . has 16,634 bp in length and consists of 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 22 tRNAs, two rRNAs, and one control region (D-loop). Both gene orders and characteristics were exactly accord with mitochondrial genome of other species those belong to the family Cobitidae. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that the establishment of taxonomic relationship between and has still uncompleted because of the not distinguished as monophyletic status.

在本研究中,利用下一代测序分析确定了韩国泥鳅物种的完整线粒体基因组序列。该物种的完整线粒体基因组长度为16,634 bp,由13个蛋白质编码基因(PCGs)、22个tRNA、两个rRNA和一个控制区(D-loop)组成。基因顺序和特征与鳅科其他物种的线粒体基因组完全一致。系统发育分析表明,由于未被区分为单系状态,该物种与另一物种之间的分类关系尚未完全建立。
