Abstract

(Actinopterygii, Cypriniformes, Cobitidae) is known as endemic freshwater fish species in Korea. The total length of . mitogenome is 16,640 bp, consisting of 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 22 tRNAs, 2 rRNAs, and 1 control region (D-loop). The gene arrangement and content were identical with previously recorded mitogenomes of species. Phylogenetic analysis using PCGs and rRNA was examined by maximum likelihood method indicated that genus is taxonomically not stable status according to species and species were grouped together.

(辐鳍鱼纲,鲤形目,鳅科)是韩国特有的淡水鱼类。 线粒体基因组全长16,640 bp,由13个蛋白质编码基因(PCG)、22个tRNA、2个rRNA和1个控制区(D-loop)组成。基因排列和内容与先前记录的该物种线粒体基因组相同。使用PCG和rRNA通过最大似然法进行的系统发育分析表明,根据该物种,该属在分类学上的地位不稳定,并且该物种和该物种被归为一组。
