Abstract

The complete chloroplast genome of , an important deciduous tree, was identified and sequenced in this study. The genome size is 161,205 bp, the GC content is 36.88%. A total of 129 genes were identified, including 84 protein-coding genes, 8 rRNA genes, and 37 tRNA genes. 10 plastome accessions from Sterculiaceae were selected to assess the phylogenetic placement of genus and the result showed that is most closely related to .

本研究鉴定并测序了一种重要落叶乔木的完整叶绿体基因组。基因组大小为161,205 bp,GC含量为36.88%。共鉴定出129个基因,包括84个蛋白质编码基因、8个rRNA基因和37个tRNA基因。从梧桐科中选择了10个质体基因组序列来评估该属的系统发育位置,结果表明该物种与某物种关系最为密切。
