Abstract

We first reported the mitochondrial genome of . The mitogenome of contains 17,117 base pairs. The overall base composition of complete mitogenome is 28.15% A, 27.95% T, 21.86% C, and 22.04% G, with 43.90% of the GC content. All genes exhibit the typical mitochondrial gene arrangement and transcribing directions. Phylogenetic analysis of 4 Centropus species was performed based on the sequence of cytochrome b gene using the neighbor-joining method and the Kimura 2-parameter model in MEGA 7.0.

我们首次报道了……的线粒体基因组。……的有丝分裂基因组包含17117个碱基对。完整有丝分裂基因组的总体碱基组成为:腺嘌呤(A)占28.15%,胸腺嘧啶(T)占27.95%,胞嘧啶(C)占21.86%,鸟嘌呤(G)占22.04%,GC含量为43.90%。所有基因均呈现典型的线粒体基因排列和转录方向。基于细胞色素b基因序列,使用邻接法和MEGA 7.0中的Kimura双参数模型,对4种夜鹰属物种进行了系统发育分析。
