Abstract

, one of the native in China, is an important parent for breeding new varieties. However, its position has been unclear in . The obtained high-quality chloroplast genome will provide useful information for phylogenetic and future breeding of . Herein, we reported a complete chloroplast genome of from Yunnan, China. The sequencing data obtained from BGISEQ-500 platform were assembled. This sequence had a circular molecular length of 148,596 bp and contained a total of 127 genes with an average GC content of 36.7%. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that was monophyletic with strong support, in which the was the sister-group of subsp. formosas, 'TinyStar' and .

摘要

作为中国本土品种之一,是培育新品种的重要亲本。然而,其在[具体内容缺失]中的地位尚不清楚。获得的高质量[植物名称缺失]叶绿体基因组将为[植物名称缺失]的系统发育和未来育种提供有用信息。在此,我们报道了来自中国云南的[植物名称缺失]的完整叶绿体基因组。对从BGISEQ - 500平台获得的测序数据进行了组装。该序列呈环状,分子长度为148,596 bp,共包含127个基因,平均GC含量为36.7%。系统发育分析表明,[植物名称缺失]形成了一个得到有力支持的单系类群,其中[植物名称缺失]是[植物名称缺失]亚种formosas、[植物名称缺失]“TinyStar”和[植物名称缺失]的姐妹群。
