The multiwavelength laser array (MLA) with fine wavelength tunability is demonstrated experimentally. The studied MLA has good single-longitudinal-mode performance, and the side-mode suppression ratio (SMSR) even reaches 62.1 dB. Meanwhile, the wavelength range of the MLA can be tuned to 25.003 nm with 63 channels of 50 GHz spacing. All lasers are within a wavelength deviation of ±0.02. The output power is almost constant with standard deviation 0.63 dBm. The SMSRs are all above 50 dB.
实验证明了具有精细波长可调性的多波长激光阵列(MLA)。所研究的MLA具有良好的单纵模性能,边模抑制比(SMSR)甚至达到62.1 dB。同时,MLA的波长范围可通过63个间距为50 GHz的通道调谐至25.003 nm。所有激光器的波长偏差均在±0.02以内。输出功率几乎恒定,标准偏差为0.63 dBm。所有的边模抑制比均高于50 dB。
