The aim: Research of features of criminal responsibility of the medical worker for failure to performe or imptoter perfomance of their professional duties in Ukraine.
Materials and methods: The article uses general scientific and special scientific methods of cognition, which provided an objective analysis of the research goal.
Conclusions: Criminal law, which provides for liability for improper performance of duties by a healthcare professional or pharmacist, must have a perfect design to ensure the rights and interests of both the patient and the medical worker.That is why, the existing construction of article 140 of the Criminal code of Ukraine requires a number of changes and additions.
研究乌克兰医务人员未能履行或未能正确履行其专业职责的刑事责任特征。
材料和方法：本文使用了一般科学和特殊科学的认知方法，为研究目标提供了客观分析。
规定医疗保健专业人员或药剂师不当履行职责应承担刑事责任的刑法必须具有完善的设计，以确保患者和医务人员的权益。这就是为什么乌克兰刑法典第 140 条的现有结构需要进行一些修改和补充。
