Abstract

In the present study, we sequenced and analyzed the complete mitochondrial genome of the hydrozoan jellyfish . The mitochondrial genome was a linear form (15,752 bp long, 70.4% AT), consisting of 13 protein coding genes ( and ), two tRNAs (tRNA-Met and tRNA-Trp), and two rRNAs (12S and 16S). Mitochondrial gene arrangement of the was completely identical to already-known mitochondrial genomes of hydrozoans. Molecular phylogenetic analysis using 13 protein-coding genes showed that was closely related to the hydrozoan .

在本研究中,我们对水螅水母的完整线粒体基因组进行了测序和分析。线粒体基因组为线性形式(长度为15,752 bp,AT含量为70.4%),由13个蛋白质编码基因(和)、两个tRNA(tRNA-Met和tRNA-Trp)以及两个rRNA(12S和16S)组成。该水螅水母的线粒体基因排列与已报道的水螅虫纲动物线粒体基因组完全相同。基于13个蛋白质编码基因的分子系统发育分析表明,该水螅水母与水螅虫纲的[具体物种]关系密切。
