In this study, we sequenced and analyzed the complete mitochondrial genome of Zhou et al., 2022 from Fujian, China. The length of the linear mitochondrial genome is 15164 bp, containing 13 protein-coding genes (, , , , , , , , , , , , ), two tRNAs ( and ) and 2 rRNAs (12S and 16S). The arrangement of mitogenomes show some little differences in different hydrozoan groups. The phylogenetic analysis of 13 protein coding genes (PCGs) in Cnidarians showed that was closely related to .
在本研究中，我们对来自中国福建的周等人（2022年）的线粒体基因组进行了测序和分析。线性线粒体基因组长度为15,164 bp，包含13个蛋白质编码基因（、、、、、、、、、、、、）、两个tRNA（和）以及2个rRNA（12S和16S）。不同水螅虫类群中线粒体基因组的排列存在一些细微差异。刺胞动物中13个蛋白质编码基因（PCGs）的系统发育分析表明，与密切相关。
