Abstract

is a small intertidal species belonging to the family Gobiidae. Herein, we report the first sequencing and assembly of the complete mitochondrial genome of . The complete mitochondrial genome is 16,529 bp long and has the typical vertebrate mitochondrial gene arrangement, consisting of 13 protein-coding genes, 22 tRNA genes, 2 rRNA genes, and a control region. Phylogenetic analysis using mitochondrial genomes of 12 species showed that is clustered with and and rooted with other Gobiidae species. This mitochondrial genome provides potentially important resources for addressing taxonomic issues and studying molecular evolution.

是一种属于虾虎鱼科的小型潮间带物种。在此,我们报告了该物种完整线粒体基因组的首次测序和组装。完整的线粒体基因组长度为16,529 bp,具有典型的脊椎动物线粒体基因排列,由13个蛋白质编码基因、22个tRNA基因、2个rRNA基因和一个控制区组成。使用12个物种的线粒体基因组进行的系统发育分析表明,该物种与[具体物种1]和[具体物种2]聚类,并以其他虾虎鱼科物种为根。这个线粒体基因组为解决分类学问题和研究分子进化提供了潜在的重要资源。
