Abstract

The Korean flying fish, , is a marine fish species belonging to the family Exocoetidae. In this study, I report for the first time the sequencing and assembly of the complete mitochondrial genome of . The complete mitochondrial genome is 16,525 bp long and includes 13 protein-coding, 22 tRNA, and 2 rRNA genes. It has the typical vertebrate mitochondrial gene arrangement. Phylogenetic analysis using mitochondrial genomes of 10 species showed that is clustered with and grouped with the other Exocoetidae species. This mitochondrial genome provides potentially important resources for addressing taxonomic issues and studying molecular evolution.

韩国飞鱼(学名:[具体学名未给出])是一种属于飞鱼科的海洋鱼类。在本研究中,我首次报告了韩国飞鱼完整线粒体基因组的测序和组装情况。完整的线粒体基因组长度为16,525 bp,包括13个蛋白质编码基因、22个tRNA基因和2个rRNA基因。它具有典型的脊椎动物线粒体基因排列。使用10个物种的线粒体基因组进行的系统发育分析表明,韩国飞鱼与[相关物种未给出]聚类,并与其他飞鱼科物种归为一组。这个线粒体基因组为解决分类学问题和研究分子进化提供了潜在的重要资源。
