Abstract

Complete mitogenome sequence for eastern Asian population of (Polychaeta: Nereididae) was determined for the first time. The length of circular genome of is 14,917 bp including 13 protein-coding genes, two rRNA genes, 22 tRNA genes, and a non-coding region of 383 bp. The gene order of is identical to that of the following four nereidid species: , , , . The phylogenetic position of compared to 16 selected polychaetes was conducted and present species is closely related to the clade containing , and with high bootstrap value.

首次确定了东亚多毛纲沙蚕科种群的完整线粒体基因组序列。该物种的环状基因组长度为14,917 bp,包括13个蛋白质编码基因、两个rRNA基因、22个tRNA基因以及一个383 bp的非编码区。该物种的基因排列顺序与以下四种沙蚕科物种相同:[具体物种1]、[具体物种2]、[具体物种3]、[具体物种4]。对该物种与16种选定多毛纲动物相比的系统发育位置进行了研究,结果表明该物种与包含[具体物种5]、[具体物种6]和[具体物种7]的进化枝密切相关,自展值较高。
