Abstract

The two complete mitochondrial genomes of endangered form of the Sevan trout are published in this paper. The mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) is 16,677 base pairs (bp) in length and contained 13 protein-coding genes, 2 rRNA genes, and 22 tRNA genes. The overall base composition of the genome in descending order was 29.4% - C, 27.9% - A, 26.0% - T, 16.7% - G, without a significant AT bias of 53.9%.

本文发表了两种濒危形式的塞凡湖鳟鱼的完整线粒体基因组。线粒体DNA(mtDNA)长度为16,677个碱基对(bp),包含13个蛋白质编码基因、2个rRNA基因和22个tRNA基因。基因组的总体碱基组成按降序排列为:29.4% - C、27.9% - A、26.0% - T、16.7% - G,不存在53.9%的显著AT偏向。
