Abstract

The permeability-controllable potentiometric fluorescent probes that can visually discriminate near-zero and normal situations of cell membrane potential were reported for the first time. Different from traditional potentiometric probes that utilize fluorescence intensity to reflect membrane potential, and have different localizations under the two situations of cell membrane potential. Thus, the two situations can be point-to-point indicated by two fluorescent images with an obvious difference, avoiding complex operations and calibration of conventional methods.

首次报道了可直观区分细胞膜电位接近零和正常情况的渗透性可控电位荧光探针。与利用荧光强度反映膜电位且在细胞膜电位的两种情况下具有不同定位的传统电位探针不同。因此,这两种情况可由具有明显差异的两个荧光图像点对点指示,避免了传统方法的复杂操作和校准。
