Abstract
Idiopathic acute orbital myositis is a subgroup of inflammatory orbital pseudotumor. The case of a 35 year-old woman who suffered a left ocular pain with eyelid swelling, conjunctival hyperemia and limitation of abduction of the left eye is reported. CT showed an enlargement of the left medial rectus muscle enhanced with contrast. The pathogenesis remained obscure. The evolution was favourable with corticosteroids.
摘要
特发性急性眼眶肌炎是炎性假瘤性眼眶病的一个亚组。本文报道了一名35岁女性患者，其出现左眼疼痛，伴有眼睑肿胀、结膜充血以及左眼外展受限。CT显示左侧内直肌增粗，增强扫描有强化。发病机制尚不明确。使用皮质类固醇治疗后病情好转。
