The nucleophilic substitution reactions of mono- and bis-spiro-2,2' -dioxybiphenyl cyclotriphosphazenes (3 and 4) with cyclopropanemethylamine (5) and aniline (6) were performed in the presence of trimethylamine in THF. Five novel cyclopropanemethylamino- and anilino-substituted spiro-2,2' -dioxybiphenyl cyclotriphosphazene derivatives (7-11) were obtained from these reactions. The molecular structures of the new cyclotriphosphazene derivatives (7-11) were characterized by elemental analysis, MALDI-TOF MS, FT-IR, and NMR ( P and H) spectroscopies. The structure of the spiro-(2,2' -dioxybiphenyl)-bis-(anilino)-cyclotriphosphazene (11) was also determined by single-crystal X-ray crystallography.
单螺-2,2'-二氧基联苯环三磷腈(3)和双螺-2,2'-二氧基联苯环三磷腈(4)与环丙基甲胺(5)和苯胺(6)的亲核取代反应在四氢呋喃中三甲胺存在的条件下进行。从这些反应中得到了五种新型的环丙基甲氨基和苯胺基取代的螺-2,2'-二氧基联苯环三磷腈衍生物(7-11)。通过元素分析、基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱、傅里叶变换红外光谱和核磁共振(磷和氢)光谱对新型环三磷腈衍生物(7-11)的分子结构进行了表征。螺-(2,2'-二氧基联苯)-双-(苯胺基)-环三磷腈(11)的结构也通过单晶X射线晶体学确定。
