This paper reports the clinical history of a 72-year-old woman in whom unilateral papilledema was the only organic manifestation of chronic lymphatic leukemia. In the light of the laboratory parameters direct leukemic infiltration of the optic disk was diagnosed by fundus examination and fluorescein angiography. Combined cytostatic therapy bed to a considerable improvement in the patient's clinical condition.
本文报道了一位72岁女性的临床病史，其单侧视乳头水肿是慢性淋巴细胞白血病的唯一器质性表现。根据实验室参数，通过眼底检查和荧光素血管造影诊断为视盘的白血病直接浸润。联合细胞抑制疗法使患者的临床状况有了显著改善。
