Professor 's clinical experience of acupuncture for alternating hemiplegia of childhood is summarized. Based on the syndrome differentiation of meridians and the theory of , professor proposes that the etiology and pathogenesis is "three as the root causes, deficiency wind as the symptoms", and the treatment is to tonify deficiency and reinforce the vital essence, soothe the liver and relieve wind. The acupoints used is mainly in the foot three meridians, paying attention to tonifying the kidney; the combinations of Hegu (LI 4) and Taichong (LR 3), Fengmen (BL 12) and Fengshi (GB 31) are adopted; combined with the back- points and the governor vessel acupoints, professor emphasizes "harmonizing and " and "treating and nourishing the spirit".
总结了教授运用针灸治疗小儿交替性偏瘫的临床经验。基于经络辨证及相关理论，教授提出病因病机为“三因为本，虚风为标”，治疗以补虚填精、疏肝息风为主。取穴主要以足三阴经为主，注重补肾；采用合谷（LI 4）与太冲（LR 3）、风门（BL 12）与风市（GB 31）配伍；结合背部腧穴及督脉穴位，教授强调“调和气血”与“治神养神”。
