In this study, a complete mitochondrial genome of a nudibranch species, was sequenced and analyzed. The mitochondrial genome size is 15,059 bp with 28.1% A, 14.9% C, 19.3% G, and 37.7% T nucleotide distributions. This is the eighth record for complete mitochondrial genome of the Nudibranchia and first record for the genus. Furthermore, phylogenetic relationship of in the Nudibranchia was investigated by using protein-coding genes of complete mitochondrial genome. The present study suggests that belongs to the family Facelinidae and it is placed in monophyletic Nudibranchia. The closest species to are and that belong to the family Chromodorididae.
在本研究中,对一种裸鳃亚目动物的完整线粒体基因组进行了测序和分析。线粒体基因组大小为15,059 bp,核苷酸分布为28.1%的A、14.9%的C、19.3%的G和37.7%的T。这是裸鳃亚目完整线粒体基因组的第八个记录,也是该属的第一个记录。此外,利用完整线粒体基因组的蛋白质编码基因研究了裸鳃亚目中该物种的系统发育关系。本研究表明,该物种属于海兔科,并且被置于单系的裸鳃亚目中。与该物种最接近的物种是属于多彩海牛科的[具体物种1]和[具体物种2]。
