Abstract

Zero-dimensional (0D) mixed-halide hybrid organic-inorganic MAPbX·2HO (MA = CHNH; X = BrI with 0 < < 1) has been synthesized by a solvent-free mechanochemical approach. It has been shown that this 0D phase with sharp absorption features in the near-UV is a hydrated structure, which can be reversibly transformed into the three-dimensional perovskite phase MAPbX by simple thermal annealing (dehydration) in air. This work reveals a new approach to hybrid organic-inorganic perovskites and related 0D structures, which have so far only been thoroughly studied for the inorganic CsPbX compounds.

通过无溶剂机械化学方法合成了零维(0D)混合卤化物杂化有机-无机MAPbX₃·2H₂O(MA = CH₃NH₃⁺;X = BrₓI₁₋ₓ,0 < x < 1)。研究表明,这种在近紫外区具有尖锐吸收特征的0D相是一种水合结构,通过在空气中简单热退火(脱水)可将其可逆地转变为三维钙钛矿相MAPbX₃。这项工作揭示了一种制备杂化有机-无机钙钛矿及相关0D结构的新方法,到目前为止,仅对无机CsPbX₃化合物进行了深入研究。
