Abstract

We determined the complete mitochondrial genome of (Anura: Ranidae) for the first time. The whole sequences were 17,370 bp and included 13 protein-coding genes, 2 ribosomal RNA genes, and 22 transfer RNA genes. The gene arrangement was completely identical to those observed from other Ranidae species. We used 11 protein-coding genes to examine the phylogenetic placement of this species in the genus . was the closest sister species to . The clade of and formed a cluster with , which had a sister relationship with the group of , , and .

我们首次确定了(无尾目:蛙科)的完整线粒体基因组。全序列为17370bp,包括13个蛋白质编码基因、2个核糖体RNA基因和22个转运RNA基因。基因排列与其他蛙科物种完全相同。我们使用11个蛋白质编码基因来研究该物种在属内的系统发育位置。是与最接近的姐妹物种。和的分支与形成一个聚类,与、和的类群具有姐妹关系。
