A case of sclerosing lipogranuloma (paraffinoma) of the penis is presented. The clinical manifestations of the lesion were very similar to those of squamous-cell carcinoma of the penis. In such cases, the correct diagnosis can be made from a precise history, the characteristic histological features and, if necessary, special chemical lipid analyses.
本文报道1例阴茎硬化性脂肪肉芽肿（石蜡瘤）。该病变的临床表现与阴茎鳞状细胞癌非常相似。在此类病例中，可通过详细的病史、特征性的组织学特征以及必要时的特殊化学脂质分析做出正确诊断。
