Abstract

We determined the first mitochondrial genome of from China. The mitochondrial genome of was found to be 15,175 bp in length and consisted of 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 22 tRNAs, and 2 rRNAs. The longest non-coding region was 425 bp in length. Phylogenetic analysis showed that clustered with and then clustered with with high bootstrap value (BP = 100). In the future, sequencing of additional mitochondrial genomes should provide additional insights into the deep phylogeny of Cirripedia.

我们测定了来自中国的[物种名称]的首个线粒体基因组。发现[物种名称]的线粒体基因组长度为15,175 bp,由13个蛋白质编码基因(PCGs)、22个tRNA和2个rRNA组成。最长的非编码区域长度为425 bp。系统发育分析表明,[物种名称]与[另一物种名称]聚类,然后以高自展值(BP = 100)与[又一物种名称]聚类。未来,对更多线粒体基因组进行测序应能为蔓足亚纲的深层系统发育提供更多见解。
