Abstract

In one case we can show anatomically that, as Bläsius and Wimmer (1984) reported, the dorsal part of the femoral head after a Chiari-pelvic-osteotomy is not totally covered by the ilium. It's an intraoperative situs while implanting an endoprosthesis.
