Abstract

We report the complete genome sequence of subsp. JCM7052, isolated from human feces in Japan. This strain has the capability of growing on and utilizing gum arabic as an energy source. The complete genome is 2,273,627 bp long, with 1,929 protein-coding genes and 59.9 mol% G+C content.

我们报道了从日本人类粪便中分离出的亚种JCM7052的全基因组序列。该菌株能够以阿拉伯胶为能源生长并利用它。全基因组长度为2,273,627 bp,有1,929个蛋白质编码基因,G+C含量为59.9 mol%。
