Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To compare the therapeutic effects of compound betamethasone injection (CBI) combined with musculoskeletal ultrasonography (MSUS) and radial shock wave therapy (RSWT) in the treatment of tenosynovitis of the long head of the biceps brachii tendon (TLHBBT).

METHODS

A total of 93 patients with TLHBBT admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into an observation group (n=48) and a control group (n=45). The control group received RSWT, while the observation group received CBI combined with MSUS. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.

RESULTS

The visual analog scale scores for the affected sites in the observation group were lower than those in the control group immediately after treatment and at 1, 2 and 4 weeks after treatment, while the constant-Murley scale scores for the active range of motion for shoulder forward flexion and shoulder joint function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group ( < 0.05). After treatment, the positive rate in Yergason's test in the observation group (2.08%) was lower than that in the control group (15.56%), while the negative rate in the observation group (97.92%) was higher than that in the control group (84.44%) ( < 0.05). The overall response rate (ORR) in the observation group (93.75%) was higher than that in the control group (80.00%) ( < 0.05).

CONCLUSION

CBI combined with MSUS, is superior to RSWT in treating TLHBBT, and it can remarkably reduce pain, increase joint range of motion, and improve joint function.

目的

比较复方倍他米松注射液(CBI)联合肌肉骨骼超声检查(MSUS)与径向冲击波疗法(RSWT)治疗肱二头肌长头肌腱腱鞘炎(TLHBBT)的疗效。

方法

选取我院收治的93例TLHBBT患者,随机分为观察组(n = 48)和对照组(n = 45)。对照组接受RSWT治疗,观察组接受CBI联合MSUS治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。

结果

治疗后即刻及治疗后1、2、4周,观察组患部视觉模拟评分低于对照组,而观察组肩关节前屈活动范围和肩关节功能的Constant-Murley评分高于对照组(P < 0.05)。治疗后,观察组Yergason试验阳性率(2.08%)低于对照组(15.56%),观察组阴性率(97.92%)高于对照组(84.44%)(P < 0.05)。观察组总有效率(ORR)(93.75%)高于对照组(80.00%)(P < 0.05)。

结论

CBI联合MSUS治疗TLHBBT优于RSWT,可显著减轻疼痛,增加关节活动范围,改善关节功能。
