To assess the efficacy and safety of endoscopic versus conventional surgery for benign parotid tumor. We searched the electronic databases including PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, CNKI and Wanfang Data for studies published before January, 2021. A meta-analysis was performed using Rev Man 5.3 software. We retrieved 8 eligible studies involving a total of 532 patients, and 4 of the studies were RCT. The results of meta-analysis showed that endoscopic surgery was better than conventional surgery in terms of incision length (WMD=- 5.73; 95% : - 6.84--4.62), intraoperative bleeding volume (WMD=-34.50; 95% : -49.09--19.91), postoperative drainage volume (WMD=- 21.72; 95% : - 29.31--14.12), subjective satisfaction with incision scar(WMD=2.23; 95%: 1.11-3.34), and temporary facial paresis (=0.37; 95%: 0.17-0.78). There were no significant differences in the operation time, salivary fistula, Frey's syndrome or tumor recurrence between the two groups. For treatment of benign parotid tumor, endoscopic surgery is a safe surgical procedure and is superior to conventional surgery in terms of incision length, operative bleeding volume, postoperative drainage volume, subjective satisfaction with incision scar, and temporary facial paresis.
评估内镜手术与传统手术治疗腮腺良性肿瘤的疗效和安全性。我们检索了包括PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、中国知网和万方数据在内的电子数据库，以查找2021年1月之前发表的研究。使用Rev Man 5.3软件进行荟萃分析。我们检索到8项符合条件的研究，共涉及532例患者，其中4项研究为随机对照试验。荟萃分析结果显示，在内镜手术与传统手术相比，内镜手术在切口长度（加权均数差=-5.73；95%置信区间：-6.84至-4.62）、术中出血量（加权均数差=-34.50；95%置信区间：-49.09至-19.91）、术后引流量（加权均数差=-21.72；95%置信区间：-29.31至-14.12）、对切口瘢痕的主观满意度（加权均数差=2.23；95%置信区间：1.11至3.34）以及暂时性面瘫（比值比=0.37；95%置信区间：0.17至0.78）方面表现更优。两组在手术时间、涎瘘、味觉出汗综合征或肿瘤复发方面无显著差异。对于腮腺良性肿瘤的治疗，内镜手术是一种安全的手术方式，在切口长度、术中出血量、术后引流量、对切口瘢痕的主观满意度以及暂时性面瘫方面优于传统手术。
