The activation of a carbon-fluorine bond is one of the most challenging topics in modern synthetic organic chemistry due to their low reactivity compared to other carbon-halogen bonds. In this review, we present the recent developments since 2015 on cross-coupling reactions that form C-C bonds via cleavage of C(sp )-F bonds. Not only the conventional activation of C(sp )-F bonds, but also decarbonylative or carbonyl-retentive cleavage of C(acyl)-F bonds will be introduced. This paper mainly describes new protocols for the formation of C(sp )-C(sp ), C(sp )-C(sp ), and C(sp )-C(sp) bonds via transition-metal-catalyzed cleavage of C(sp )-F bonds.
由于碳氟键与其他碳卤键相比反应活性较低,因此碳氟键的活化是现代有机合成化学中最具挑战性的课题之一。在本综述中,我们介绍了自2015年以来通过C(sp)-F键裂解形成C-C键的交叉偶联反应的最新进展。不仅将介绍C(sp)-F键的传统活化,还将介绍C(酰基)-F键的脱羰基或羰基保留裂解。本文主要描述了通过过渡金属催化的C(sp)-F键裂解形成C(sp)-C(sp)、C(sp)-C(sp)和C(sp)-C(sp)键的新方法。
