Comparative pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic studies on ortophen, a new Soviet antiinflammatory drug, and voltaren (Ciba-Geigy, Switzerland) were carried out in 73 patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Pharmacokinetics of both drugs was studied in 19 patients (9 patients were given voltaren, 10--ortophen). Pharmacokinetic difference was statistically indistinguishable. The comparison of the principal routine subjective and objective pharmacodynamic indices revealed no significant difference between ortophen and voltaren action. The new drug was shown to possess a high analgetic and antiinflammatory activity.
对一种新的苏联抗炎药物邻甲酚酞和扶他林（瑞士汽巴 - 嘉基公司生产）进行了比较药代动力学和药效学研究，研究对象为73例类风湿性关节炎患者。在19例患者中研究了两种药物的药代动力学（9例给予扶他林，10例给予邻甲酚酞）。两种药物的药代动力学差异在统计学上无显著意义。对主要常规主观和客观药效学指标的比较显示，邻甲酚酞和扶他林的作用无显著差异。结果表明，这种新药具有很高的镇痛和抗炎活性。
