Abstract

Unhealthy diet, habits and drug abuse cause a variety of liver diseases, including steatohepatitis, liver fibrosis, liver cirrhosis and liver cancer, which seriously affect human health. The fabrication of highly simulated cell models in vitro is important in the treatment of liver diseases and drug development. This article summarized the common strategies for the construction of liver pathology models . It introduced four typical cell models related to liver disease and provided a reference for the study of liver disease models.

摘要

不健康的饮食、习惯和药物滥用会引发多种肝脏疾病,包括脂肪性肝炎、肝纤维化、肝硬化和肝癌,这些疾病严重影响人类健康。体外构建高度模拟的细胞模型对于肝脏疾病的治疗和药物研发具有重要意义。本文总结了构建肝脏病理模型的常见策略,介绍了四种与肝脏疾病相关的典型细胞模型,为肝脏疾病模型的研究提供参考。
