Abstract
Gaucher's disease has been described in association with a number of disorders of the lymphoreticular system. The patient described in this report developed Hodgkin's disease after treatment in childhood for Gaucher's disease. A possible pathogenetic link between the two disorders is discussed, together with the role of ferritinaemia.
