is a representative foodborne pathogen in the world. The strain K_SA184 was isolated from the lamb (), which was collected from a local traditional market in South Korea. In this study, the strain K_SA184 was sequenced using PacBio RS II and Illumina NextSeq 500 platforms. The final complete genome of the strain K_SA184 consist of one circular chromosome (4,725,087 bp) with 52.3% of guanine + cytosine (G + C) content, 4,363 of coding sequence (CDS), 85 of tRNA, and 22 of rRNA genes. The strain K_SA184 genome includes encoding virulence genes, such as Type III secretion systems and multidrug resistance related genes.
是世界上一种具有代表性的食源性病原体。K_SA184菌株是从韩国当地传统市场采集的一只羔羊()身上分离出来的。在本研究中,使用PacBio RS II和Illumina NextSeq 500平台对K_SA184菌株进行了测序。K_SA184菌株的最终完整基因组由一条环状染色体(4,725,087 bp)组成,鸟嘌呤+胞嘧啶(G + C)含量为52.3%,有4,363个编码序列(CDS)、85个tRNA和22个rRNA基因。K_SA184菌株基因组包括编码毒力基因,如III型分泌系统和多药耐药相关基因。
