[Clinical course and diagnosis of perforated ulcers of the cardial portion of the stomach].

The work describes features of the clinical course and diagnostics in 19 patients with perforated ulcers of the cardial part of the stomach. Under separate consideration were patients with perforation into the free abdominal cavity (13 patients) and with an atypical clinical picture (6 patients). Problems with the diagnostics of perforation of gastric cardial ulcers are stressed. Indirect symptoms of the disease are described.
