The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of intimate partner violence against women training program based on the theory of planned behavior on nurses' and midwives' approaches of violence. A randomized controlled trial was performed at nurses and midwives in Turkey, between December 2016 and August 2017. The participants were separated into an intervention group ( = 50) and control group ( = 49). According to the result of study, training given to the intervention group was more effective in increasing the intimate partner violence attitudes, practices, and reporting compared to the control group. These results show that this training program effectively developed the nurses' and midwives' approaches about intimate partner violence against women.
本研究旨在分析基于计划行为理论的针对妇女的亲密伴侣暴力培训方案对护士和助产士处理暴力行为方式的影响。2016 年 12 月至 2017 年 8 月期间，在土耳其的护士和助产士中进行了一项随机对照试验。将参与者分为干预组（n=50）和对照组（n=49）。研究结果表明，与对照组相比，对干预组进行的培训更有效地提高了对亲密伴侣暴力的态度、实践和报告。这些结果表明，该培训方案有效地增强了护士和助产士处理针对妇女的亲密伴侣暴力的方法。
