One new eremophilane sesquiterpene periconianone L (), together with four known guaiane-type sesquiterpenes 4,10,11-trihydroxyguaiane (), (-)-guai-1(10)-ene-4,11-diolhydroxymecuration (), guaidiol A (), and epi-guaidiol A () were isolated from the endophytic fungus sp. F-31. The structure of the new compound was established by spectroscopic methods, including UV, IR, HRESIMS, and extensive NMR techniques. Compound was isolated as natural product for the first time.
从内生真菌 sp. F-31 中分离得到一种新的埃里莫芬烷倍半萜类化合物 periconianone L ()，以及四种已知的愈创木烷型倍半萜 4,10,11-三羟基愈创木烷 (), (-)-gua-1(10)-ene-4,11-二醇羟汞化反应产物 (), guaidiol A ()和 epi-guaidiol A ()。新化合物的结构通过包括 UV、IR、HRESIMS 和广泛的 NMR 技术在内的光谱方法确定。化合物 是首次作为天然产物分离得到的。
