A case of a woman with an immunoblastic malignant lymphoma is reported. The first lymphoma manifestations were form the skin but later it spread and involved the central nervous system (CNS) with tumor-like symptoms. Such involvement of the CNS is extremely rate and the differential diagnosis is very difficult which hampers the treatment.
报告了一例患有免疫母细胞性恶性淋巴瘤的女性病例。淋巴瘤最初表现于皮肤,但后来扩散并累及中枢神经系统(CNS),出现肿瘤样症状。CNS的这种受累情况极为罕见,鉴别诊断非常困难,这妨碍了治疗。
