Abstract

SARS-CoV-2 is the third zoonotic coronavirus. Since December 2019, it has spread through the globe and infects more than four million patients (as of May 10, 2020). The disease was named coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) by the World Health Organization (WHO). It involves many organs and systems in the human organism. We aimed to describe the pathogenesis of the COVID-19.

严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2（SARS-CoV-2）是第三种人畜共患的冠状病毒。自2019年12月以来，它已在全球范围内传播，感染了超过400万患者（截至2020年5月10日）。世界卫生组织（WHO）将该疾病命名为2019冠状病毒病（COVID-19）。它累及人体机体的许多器官和系统。我们旨在描述COVID-19的发病机制。
