Abstract

Endolaryngeal microsurgery was used for early diagnosis of laryngeal cancer and raising the efficacy of radiation therapy. Of 141 laryngeal cancer patients early stages were revealed in 115 (81.56%). Total and subtotal biopsy made it possible to reduce tumor volume and to create conditions for more effective radiation therapy. A primary curative effect was obtained in 88.17% of the patients. Endolaryngeal resection of stenosing tumors of III-IV stages was conductive to combined and palliative radiation therapy without performing tracheostomy.

摘要

喉内显微手术用于喉癌的早期诊断并提高放射治疗的疗效。在141例喉癌患者中,115例(81.56%)为早期。全切除和次全切除活检能够缩小肿瘤体积,并为更有效的放射治疗创造条件。88.17%的患者获得了初步治愈效果。对Ⅲ - Ⅳ期狭窄性肿瘤进行喉内切除有利于联合和姑息性放射治疗,而无需进行气管造口术。
