Under analysis were the course of acute pelviorectal paraproctitis in 39 patients, diagnostic errors and complications and resulting problems in cases of late medical consultation and tardy operative intervention. The correct diagnosis was made but in 19 patients in operation for purulent leaks. In 20 patients the disease was not diagnosed and treatment was limited by opening the purulent abscesses.
对39例急性盆腔直肠旁直肠炎的病程、诊断错误、并发症以及延迟就医和手术干预延迟情况下出现的问题进行了分析。有19例患者在手术时诊断正确，存在脓性渗漏。20例患者未被诊断出疾病，治疗仅局限于切开脓性脓肿。
