The genus Meyrick, 1920 and the species (Moore, 1888) are newly recorded from China, and is described as new to science. Adults, head, venation, and genitalia of the two species are illustrated. A molecular phylogenetic analysis is presented to ascertain the generic affiliation of the new species. Forty-four species of 38 genera in Tineidae are analyzed using maximum likelihood methods based on one mitochondrial (COI) and two nuclear gene fragments (CAD and wingless). DNA barcodes of the two species are provided, and the genetic distance of barcode divergence among four species of is calculated.
迈里克属(1920年)和物种(摩尔,1888年)为中国新记录,且该物种为科学上新描述的。文中展示了这两个物种的成虫、翅脉及生殖器。进行了分子系统发育分析以确定新物种的属级归属。基于一个线粒体基因片段(细胞色素氧化酶亚基I,COI)和两个核基因片段(CAD和无翅基因),采用最大似然法对谷蛾科38个属的44个物种进行了分析。提供了这两个物种的DNA条形码,并计算了该属四个物种间条形码分歧的遗传距离。
