Abstract

Mice received whole brain irradiation (250 kV roentgen rays) with single doses ranging from 13 to 25 Gy. PAS positive deposits, microscopically observed in the dorsal part of the ventral thalamic nucleus, were quantitatively scored at different intervals between 20 and 85 weeks after irradiation. A significant dose-dependent inhibition of the formation of these deposits was observed in the irradiated brains.

小鼠接受了全脑照射(250 kV 伦琴射线),单次剂量范围为13至25 Gy。在丘脑腹侧核背侧部分显微镜下观察到的PAS阳性沉积物,在照射后20至85周的不同时间间隔进行定量评分。在接受照射的大脑中观察到这些沉积物形成受到显著的剂量依赖性抑制。
