Abstract

The essential oils from roots, branches, leaves and bark of var. (Blume) Figlar & Noot and (Dandy) Figlar were extracted by ultrasonic-assisted extraction and the chemicals were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy (GC-MS). The major constitutes of var. were -cinnamaldehyde (27.55%), caryophyllene (1.20-10.14%), (+)-bulnesol (9.70%), α-caryophyllene (2.35-6.35%), α-eudesmol (1.08-6.17%). was characterized by the presence of safrole (0.18-35.01%), (+) cycloisosativene (18.70%), oxirane, hexadecyl- (0.72-12.79%), β-cubebene (1.53-8.90%), (Z)-14-tricosenyl formate (8.65%). This is the first study of the composition of essential oils from the roots, branches and bark of var. and the roots of , and some compounds were being described for the first time. Combined with present results and literatures, phytochemicals may be affected by multi-factors such as organs, growing location, and extraction methods, providing more approaches for further exploration of the non-wood resources of forestry species.

采用超声辅助萃取法提取了(Blume)Figlar & Noot变种以及(Dandy)Figlar的根、枝、叶和树皮中的挥发油,并通过气相色谱 - 质谱联用仪(GC - MS)对其化学成分进行了测定。(Blume)Figlar & Noot变种的主要成分包括反式肉桂醛(27.55%)、石竹烯(1.20 - 10.14%)、(+)-布藜醇(9.70%)、α-石竹烯(2.35 - 6.35%)、α-桉叶醇(1.08 - 6.17%)。(Dandy)Figlar的特征成分有黄樟素(0.18 - 35.01%)、(+)环异萨维烯(18.70%)、十六烷基环氧乙烷(0.72 - 12.79%)、β-荜澄茄烯(1.53 - 8.90%)、(Z)-14 - 二十三烯基甲酸酯(8.65%)。这是首次对(Blume)Figlar & Noot变种的根、枝和树皮以及(Dandy)Figlar的根中的挥发油成分进行研究,且首次描述了一些化合物。结合当前结果和文献,植物化学物质可能受到器官、生长地点和提取方法等多种因素的影响,为进一步探索林业物种的非木材资源提供了更多途径。
