A case of renal angiomyolipoma followed by massive enlargement of the angiomyolipoma in regional lymph nodes five years after nephrectomy is reported. On the basis of its histology and the absence of distant metastasis, we considered this to be a benign, hamartomatous, and multicentric lesion. Considering the rather rapid growth, however, this case raises some questions with regard to the treatment of this condition, i.e., whether removal of a renal angiomyolipoma should be accompanied by lymphadenectomy, and whether the lymph nodes should be carefully scrutinized by CT scanning or echography preoperatively.
报告了一例肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤病例，肾切除术后五年区域淋巴结内的血管平滑肌脂肪瘤出现大量增大。基于其组织学特征及无远处转移，我们认为这是一种良性、错构瘤性且多中心性病变。然而，考虑到其生长相当迅速，该病例引发了关于这种疾病治疗的一些问题，即肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤切除是否应同时进行淋巴结清扫，以及术前是否应通过CT扫描或超声对淋巴结进行仔细检查。
