The paper gives a brief review of 12-years' experience and of performing 922 extracorporal hemosorptions in 611 children from 1 day to 15 years of age for treatment of acute poisonings, hepatic and renal insufficiencies, purulent & septic, allergic, autoimmune, oncological diseases and other pediatric pathological conditions. Technical and procedure aspects of operating on pediatric patients are discussed. Suggestions about the mechanisms of treatment effect are made.
本文简要回顾了12年的经验，介绍了对611名年龄从1天到15岁的儿童进行922次体外血液吸附治疗急性中毒、肝肾功能不全、化脓性和败血性、过敏性、自身免疫性、肿瘤性疾病及其他儿科病理状况的情况。讨论了儿科患者手术的技术和操作方面。对治疗效果的机制提出了建议。
