A case of a benign granular cell tumor located within the esophagus is reported. It was found in a 47 year-old man who presented with intermittent dysphagia. The low frequency of this neoplasm, in this organ, makes the case noteworthy. We also suggest the endoscopic extirpation of this tumor, in view of its macroscopic features, and discuss about the histogenesis.
报告了一例位于食管的良性颗粒细胞瘤病例。该病例为一名47岁男性，表现为间歇性吞咽困难。这种肿瘤在该器官中发病率较低，使得该病例值得关注。鉴于其宏观特征，我们还建议对该肿瘤进行内镜切除，并讨论其组织发生。
